Centralized scheduling-all exams are scheduled in office by our staff. This ensures clients have more available dates and times, therefore, exams are scheduled quicker and more convenient for clients

• Email Notifications – notifications sent out when exam is scheduled, completed, and image is available online

• SmartParamed – Electronic paramedical exam or part II. Exam questions are accessed through a secure website with no information recorded on or stored on the laptop or tablet, thereby ensuring the confidentiality of the applicant’s information. Smart Parameds ensure a higher quality exam wit no errors or emissions, legibility of the answers and increased speed to the underwriter. Available within minutes of completion.
• Eslip – Electronic labslip. Available immediately after examiner has completed. eSlips increase the efficiency, accuracy and security of the collection process. Delivered electronically to the lab, therefore no PHI is available in the lab kit.
• Zipslip – preprinted labslips=less errors
• Quality Control – All exams are QC’d once received before being released to Underwriting
• APS One Touch – provide an email address with the order and a signature can be electronically obtained during the exam for quicker APS ordering
• Applicant Prep Video – provide an email address for the applicant and an email link will be sent to them to view the prep video
• APPS App – Order cases on the go! Available for both Android and iPhone devices.
• Availability – We offer next day appointments. Saturday and Sunday appointments available. Appointments as early as 6am.

Appointments can be made at clients home, work, or agent’s office. Applicants are also welcome to schedule at our Hendersonville or Chattanooga office.
